Hi! I live in a 4 BR / 2.5 BA home in Concord, CA, about a 6-minute drive from the Pleasant Hill BART station. I currently have a bedroom available for rent that measures 10'x10'. It's recently been renovated, so everything is brand new. Rent is $750/month.

This bedroom shares a bathroom with one other tenant.
Utilities are not included - depending on energy usage, they usually total $120/month.
Indoor laundry room available.
Lots of street parking.
Lease is month-to-month.

Important Notes:
No overnight guests unless pre-discussed and agreed upon.
All kitchen cabinet space is occupied, so really looking for roommates who don't intend on doing a lot of cooking.
Cats live in home - no more pets wanted.
House is undergoing a remodel through the remainder of the year, so looking for someone who doesn't mind the noise.
