It is a pleasant living space, safe neighborhood. Home is at end of cul de sac with greenbelt and walking trails right outside front door. Hiking trails & Cal State East Bay within walking distance. Located 15 minutes from Downtown Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill Bart Station and freeway access. Must be okay with dogs. Medium size family pet sleeps inside home.

Must comply with house rules which includes no over night guests or parties. Absolutely no smoking. Be respectful of the home.

Applicant submits application form with the photo ID. Term is month to month or 6-month lease. Monthly rent is $1,650, security deposit of $800. Applicant pays one-time, non-refunable fee of $40 for credit and background check. Income verification and references may be requested.
