My roommate and I are recent UC Berkeley grads both working in the financial industry, and we're looking for a renter to join us in our 3-story single-family home in Concord, CA. We are committed to keeping a clean, friendly, and inclusive home, and we're excited to have you join us.

Built in 2015, the home is still extremely new and modern, and is a 10-minute walk from Concord Bart - a walk score of 95/100! Located right across from Safeway, the house is 5-10 minutes away from Todos Santos Plaza by foot where all the shopping and dining happens! Everything is super close and convenient and you'll be surrounded by a beautiful neighborhood community with amenities. As a renter, you will have one of the two available rooms (both are 150 sqft) to yourself and have your shared full bathroom with any other renters (rent will be reduced if additional renters are present in the other room).

Shared utility costs. We are looking for a renter that is a non-smoker. No pets or guest overnight stays overs will be permitted.
