3 available rooms for female renters

This is a house my mom recently bought. I’m living here for the meantime and looking for 3 (female only) renters, preferably college students. It is 8 min drive away from bart and is great for students and people working in the city. It is also close to a lot of different stores, drive in theater, and gym. You must be very clean and organized. There is a Roommate Agreement form that states most of the house rules. If you’re interested let me know and I can send it to you. There are only 3 bedrooms available and 1 shared bathroom. We are in the process of putting furnitures in and it should be ready around May or June.
