Looking for roommate for the remainder of my lease (April 2022). Apartment is upstairs unit gated apartments.
You’ll get the bigger room - Room is ~12x12, not including the closet and entry way. All other living spaces are shared. (Living room, kitchen, bathroom)
Includes: parking spot and coin laundry on site.
Total rent would be ~$1,100/month. Rent is $997, in addition $30 for internet and the electricity bill (average of $140/month split).
Cats and small dogs ok but that’s $25/month extra.
About me: I’m female, early 20s. Work days full time and home most evenings.
Prefer a female roommate, rent is due the 5th of each month.
Landlord would likely require you to sign on for the remainder of lease; again through April next year.
