Room for Rent in Concord - Dec 1st

Large room available for rent in gated apartment complex off Monument. The room is about 12x12 in size, with a full sized closet as well. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room is shared. You also get your own parking spot and laundry is located within the complex. The only utility not covered by rent is the electrical and internet bill, which would be split evenly each month. You’re required to sign onto the lease for the next calendar year, starting December 2022. The landlord also asks for your rental/financial history upon signing, pretty standard stuff.

A bit more about me: I work full time during the day and spend most evenings at home. My boyfriend is over a couple evenings during the week and I have a cat in the apartment named Child, but he tends to avoid the larger bedroom (yours).
