Just a 5-minute walk to all restaurants and shops, a 10-minute walk to BART, and your choice of grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joes, & Safeway). You will be in the center of it all. Bonus: Great hiking in nearby Mt. Diablo foothills and Iron Horse trial.
The bedroom is large, unfurnished, and gets plenty of fresh air and natural light. The house has a large living room with vaulted ceilings, and the kitchen features a separate dining area that opens to a private deck for your enjoyment. You’ll have access to a gorgeous backyard garden with roses and space to enjoy the summer months. A detached one-car garage has additional space for limited storage. Amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, hardwood floors, central AC/heat, and off-street parking.
