We are three professional young women (all in our 30s) sharing a large 4-bedroom, 2 bath apartment in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek. We travel a lot! We're looking to replace our 4th roomie, who is relocating, with another female. We're sad to see her go, but we are excited to find a new roomie for our humble abode.

The three of us are busy during the workweek, and two of us travel often. But we do enjoy a glass of wine at home with each other or having Bachelorette watch parties. As a roommate, we are looking for a respectful and clean person.

The room available is unfurnished, with a lot of closet space and shelving! We're on the top floor/penthouse, so we don't have neighbors, granting us an extremely large balcony and amazing views. Bringing in communal furniture would be limited, but we could discuss options. We have cable, central AC/heating and a dishwasher. We are right across from the Broadway Plaza and are within walking distance to Whole Foods, Starbucks and dozens of restaurants and stores downtown (see image).
