Close to BART

Room is fully furnished with queen bed and move in ready includes reasonable use of water, garbage, & PGE. Around 3 blocks to El Cerrito Del Norte BART station and 2 blocks from bus lines, close to shopping and grocery store. I work a 9-5 in the medical field in the administrative offices for over 15 years and live with my aunt. I enjoy peace and calm when I come home. In the summer, I hang by the swimming pool. I'm looking for someone who clean, short term 3 - 12 mos, and would love a student. No overnight guest allowed.
