I am a mid-20s female looking for a roommate in a newly renovated 2bd/1ba apartment. My current roommate will be moving to be closer to work soon and I am looking for someone to take over her bedroom. The apartment in on the first floor in a cozy area of El Cerrito between the Del Norte and EC Plaza Bart stations right on the Ohlone Greenway. The apartment also has a nice first floor patio with a large privacy fence. Free street parking is available or there is an additional $75 fee to park in the covered and gated carport.
