Upstairs unit, 2 bed 1 ba, shared kitchen & living

I have an option on a newly refurbished 2 bed/1ba shared living room kitchen, second floor unit with street entrance off Central AVE across the street from El Cerrito Plaza BART --excellent location for commuters, which I do a lot. It should be available sometime in June. My previous building Mgr is giving me first dibs if I can find someone to share space. It would be 2K a month plus PGE & Internet (owner pays water + garbage). The place has its charm and its quirks, as I know from previous experience with same owners and my building MGR friend but they are trustworthy.
The building is old and the place pretty small but the location is key and rent is below market so it's worth it to me if I can find someone who is cool sharing the tiny bathroom and living in one of 2 small bedrooms. One on a quiet side street, the other with corner windows. I will post that unit on this website soon. Sorry, no wheelchair access.
