A room with hiking trails and views

Hi,
I am looking for one student or professional to rent a furnished or unfurnished room in my spacious sunlit home. Each of us is very busy at school and work, so our evenings are pretty low key. Two roommates have been here for over a year on a month to month lease; we are looking for a third. If you are responsible, mindful, considerate with positive energy and excellent communication skills, please apply. I have three sweet elderly dogs who are low key and a 2 year-old golden retriever pup who is trained. We have plenty of street parking, a shared indoor hot tub, and a spacious back yard that lead to numerous hiking trails. The large kitchen and living room are shared, and laundry is on site. The three women who live here are easy going, respectful, and a joy to be around.
