Perfect for someone that works from home. Rent both bedrooms and use one for an office. Rooms are furnished but the furniture can be removed. AC/Heat, WoodStove, Washer/Dryer on first floor, Off Street Parking, Storage in large secure garage available for extra fee. The second floor is very private but does not have a private entrance. Full Kitchen (Shared). I don't cook very much other than heating something up in the Microwave. Barbecue in the backyard but the back yard is owned by my two dogs. They are very friendly. Cable TV and Internet. Utilities included. Small housebroken dog considered. Couples considered. No cigarette smoking or vaping. Must be okay with dogs and I am LGBT Friendly. The large bedroom is $1100. The smaller bedroom is $900. Or both rooms with living room $1800. I am 64 and live alone. I'm very easy going and quiet. I keep the dogs with me when they are in the house. The rest of the house is gated off so they don't have full run of it. They are only in when I'm home. I work most of the time from home.
