Master BD + BA or Bed w/ Shared BA

I have 2 rooms for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bath House. Its Located on the El Sobrante/ Richmond border off of Hilltop Drive. The rooms are as follows:
Master bedroom w/ private bath - $1,200 ($1,500 for couples)
Room w/ sliding door to back yard (shared bath) - $1,000
Room with high vaulted ceiling (shared bath) - $800

Large kitchen/ dining
Good size Living room
Small quaint fenced in yard
Garage
Washer/Dryer
Central A/C
Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms
Each roommate will have 1 designated parking spot

Im a 31 yr old male working in the craft beer industry (plenty of craft beer to share). I have a 5 yr old Am bulldog/ pit mix that will be the sole pet in the house. She is very well behaved, but was never socialized properly with other animals before i adopted her. I understand personal boundaries but would like roommates to share with occasionally and especially to have good communication with. Open to all lifestyles as long as the are respectful of others as well. If this seems like a good fit for you, id love to hear from you. Additionally if you know of someone else who is also looking for a room, i am still trying to find a 3rd roommate as well and am open to recommendations.
