My sister and I manage this property for our elderly mother. We live at the property in a different section of the house.

We have one room available to rent in a large house with a dormitory like setting, shared with 3 other male tenants. Each tenant has their own bedroom. The shared space includes a kitchenette with 1 1/2 bathrooms. The tenants have a side entrance for privacy.

The house is located in a quiet cul de sac close to grocery stores and shopping.

The rent is $775 a month. The security deposit is $1000 with move in costs being $1,775. Water, electricity and garbage are paid out of the rent.

We are looking for mature, clean and quiet tenants who will fit in with our current tenants.
