Master Br With Balcony Access In Nice Apt

Looking for dog-loving person (pref female 25+) to move into master BR of my 2BR apt by mid-Feb. Complex is in the Hilltop District of Richmond, bordering Pinole. Easy access to I-80 and transit.

Room has balcony door, private bath and walk-in closet. Apt has washer/dryer and storage room. Living room and kitchen are furnished, you are welcome to bring your own things. We have a single covered parking spot, are adjacent to tennis courts and a dog park and dog spa, and we have views outside of Mt Tam and San Pablo Bay.

Rent is $1400 plus utilities (about $100/mo). Security deposit is negotiable with departing roommate, and application is required by apt complex.

Main thing I'm looking for is someone easy-going and communicative. My current roomie and I shared some food, supplies, and chores, and took care of each other's dogs. I would like to continue that arrangement if you are comfortable with that as well.
