Extra Bedroom For Rent

Perfect room for almost anybody. We live about 7 minutes away from DVC, a student would be perfect. I?m living here currently as a student at DVC with my mother and occasionally my younger brother, freshman in high school. The room has a two sided closet one for folded clothes and the other to hang out. Big window facing the backyard of the house, which is quite a pretty scene. My mother and I are pretty close and we will probably want to be your friend. If you want to be left alone, then we will do so. The house is 10 minutes from downtown Martinez which is actually pretty nice now. If you are a cigarette smoker, then just keep it in the backyard and make sure you clean up after yourself. If you smoke pot, welcome to the family, we prefer to do so in the garage but inside before bed is ok. We like to stay pretty clean so please do not be a slob, you will not last here long if so. I hope to make a new friend in meeting you!
