Fig Tree Lane Room for Rent

We are looking for a new roommate to fill the upstairs loft room of our apartment in Martinez.

About the room - It is on the second floor of the apartment, and is accessed by a spiral staircase. There is one large window, a ceiling fan with a light, and attic storage space. Rent is $683/month plus utilities.

About the apartment - Total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the bathroom for the upstairs loft room is shared with one other person. We have a living room with a large sofa, TV, a shared kitchen, washer and dryer, and an outdoor deck. We are located across the street from Holiday Highlands Park, and it is an easy walk to public transportation/grocery stores. Garage parking is available for an extra $70/month, or there is plenty of street parking.

Who we are looking for - we would like to live with a clean, organized, and responsible individual who is easy to get along with, and respects the shared spaces of the apartment. We rent through a property management company, and rent payments are month-to-month, but we would prefer a roommate who plans to stay with us for at least six months.

About us
Grant - Hi, I'm 24 years old, and I've been living here for about a year and a half. For work, I do inspections in a refinery. When I'm not working, I love outdoor sports, and right now I spend most of my time training for triathlons. I'm relatively reserved, and like to go to bed early and wake up early.

Ryan - Hi there! I'm 29 years old, and a very easy going and clean guy. I'm usually at work, the gym or out and about. If I’m home I mostly keep to myself and play video games but also enjoy chatting and getting to know people.
