Room for rent in nice home

I am a single male with a room to rent in my home in Oakley. It?s a quiet area in a nice neighborhood. There are local shops nearby as well as public transportation. The room is unfurnished. You will be sharing the bathroom with another female who is very clean and utilities are included. Your cut will be about $775 per month. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and laundry room. Ideally, I?m looking for someone to stay at least six months (ok with month to month), be over 21 and not too noisy. You must be ok with smoking outdoors.
