Oakley Room for rent

Minutes from downtown Oakley, Freedom High School, and highway 4.
Rent includes:
- shared kitchen - in house laundry
- Utilities - WiFi (no cable)
- shared bathroom with dual sinks

You will be renting a room (dimensions 9.5? x 13.5?)in a two bedroom one bath house with my husband and I along with our dog, a young pit/boxer mix. Our dog is great with humans, but not great living with other dogs or cats. We maintain a quiet home with very few guests.

Other things you should know:
- We keep our house at 73? in the summer and 65? in the winter. Your room is next to the HVAC unit so your room gets the most of both temperature systems.
- We have his kids (5 and 10) 5 weeks of the summer, Thanksgiving, and the week after Christmas.

Application and background check (to make sure you pay your bills on time). First months rent and security deposit of $850 due at the time of move-in.
