Looking for student, Master Bedroom with Bathroom

Hello, I'm looking to share a two bedroom apartment with a student seeking a safe and quiet environment. Located in the lovely city of Pinole. It is a Master Bedroom with separate bathroom. Full use of all common areas. Fireplace, Patio and Pool. Onsite Laundry Matt. I'm looking for a female roommate between the ages of 21- 50 years old. Must be outgoing, energetic with a clean presentation. Must cleanup after yourself and share household chores. The Master Bedroom comes with a mattress and box spring available for use (like new).
