(Linens & other furniture accessories on photos are not included) The home is occupied by 2 professionals. Looking for a non smoker, no drugs, no overnight guest, no pets, no party allowed. This is a cul de sac & quiet neighborhood. Garbage & Internet included. All bedrooms are upstairs. Parking on the driveway Family room, kitchen & living room are shared. You and another 1 roommate will share the full bathroom upstairs.. No laundry but the laundromat is not far from our home. We require a current background clearance & show proof of income.
