Seeking a roomie with similar schedules. Would like to have the least amount of shared space as possible. Offering the guest bedroom/bathroom. Bathroom across the hall from bedroom. Shared living space, but a light cook is preferred. Utilities are added to total rent amount requested. Tenant responsible for themselves and cleanliness is very high on the expectation list. Child safe environment is expected AT ALL TIMES.
