Shared House

Looking for a third roommate to my roommate and I. I?m the live in landlord 33 year old school therapist and my roommate is a 33 year old teacher. The house is three bedroom, 2 bathroom with a big backyard. Just got a brand new sweet hot tub and there is a BBQ outside. The bedroom for rent is pretty good sized with a big closet. Bathroom that is shared has a shower and tub. Plenty of storage space, new stainless steel kitchen appliances and washer/dryer in house pretty new as well. We are ideally looking for a female with no pets or children who is also a working professional. Super easy freeway access going both ways on the 680.
