The apartment is called Northridge and it is less than a 3 minute walk to Safeway, Target, Sunvalley Shopping Center, In-N-Out, Chipotle, and many restaurants. The apartment complex also has a pool, jacuzzi, and a gym. The unit includes a washer, dryer, and a dishwasher. The apartment is furnished and further furniture will be provided if requested. Wifi will be provided as well and parking is available. There are three rooms and two bathrooms in total. Two female students currently live there. Rent is $1225 per month.
