Share a 2-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse condo located in a gated community at the beautiful Marina Bay in Richmond. Available for rent (for one person) is the large, sunny primary suite -- the master bedroom and master bath. Your roommate will be the current tenant; he is 35 and works as a theatre technician for venues in the East Bay. You will share the partially furnished living/dining area, updated kitchen, laundry (in garage), and small back patio. There is an on-site swimming pool and spa. The condo is walking distance from Marina Bay Park and the Bay Trail.

The unfurnished primary suite is upstairs and has a walk-in closet. You'll have use of the reserved parking space close to the front door, as well as some storage space in the garage. One cat OR one small dog (under 45 lbs.) could be approved; there is an additional pet deposit. Costs for utilities and WIFI will be shared with the other tenant.

An application, recent credit report, and rental references will be required.
