We are looking for a student or working proffessional who is respectful, peaceful and quiet. The room has a private bath(shower) and includes a washer and dryer. There is no shared kitchen so a microwave and small refrigerator is acceptable. All utilities and internet are included. Lease is month to month, $1200 per month, $1200 sec deposit. 30 day departure notice. Close to shopping, 10 min. to BART and 20 min to Bereley campus.
