Room for rent in a quiet and safe neighborhood

I am employed in a county, lives with my wife who is a caregiver and a daughter who is a nurse. We are all pretty organize, quiet and clean thus we expect the same from our renters. Our house is just 1.8 mi. to Hilltop Mall, 0.5 miles to bus route and 2.3 miles to Pinole Point Business Park, 0.7 miles to a Hi-school and has easy freeway access. There has never been a single trouble that had occured in the neighborhood since we lived here six years ago. it's damn pretty safe and comfortable to live.
