Private Room/Private Bath

Hello, we are a family of 4 (mom+3 kids) and have a spare lovely room and a private bath in our 4BR condo.
The room is furnished : new queen size mattress, dresser, desk, 2 night stands, medium size walk-in closet,
If you like outdoors, you will be thrilled with the location since hiking trails and parks are literally across the street. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. with lots of families around.
There is a community swimming pool and a jacuzzi access included in the rent Rent covers all utilities: cable, Wi-Fi, PG&E, washer and dryer, AC and heating. Kitchen/dining room and living room are shared.
We are looking for a clean, friendly person, either a professional or a student. Long-term rent is preferred.
