Close to freeway and shopping. Friendly neighbors

We are renting out the master bedroom in our house with a full bathroom ensuite including a Japanese hot tub. My name is Leonore and I live here with my husband and 31 year old son who is a mechanic. We have one cat. The room has a new laminated wood floor and has been freshly painted. There would be kitchen and laundry priviledges and plenty of parking in the front of the house. We would accept a female with or without one child or one small pet. We are a no smoking, no alcohol and cannibas free environment.
