I am moving out of this beautiful home and I am looking for someone to replace me. The home has 4 bedrooms. You will have your own private bedroom, but you will share a large bathroom with only one other person.
The rent is $825 per month and the security deposit is $1,125. Your rent includes full access to the kitchen, laundry, and backyard with a pool. There is also ample parking available. Utilities are not included in the rent but they average roughly $100 per month for each person. I am moving my stuff out on January 7th, so the other roommates are looking for someone to move in shortly after.
Your roommates will be three other young professionals in their mid-late twenties. No pets or couples, please.
I only ask that you read this ad before responding and please only respond if you are seriously considering moving in early January.
