$1,200 for rent plus one time $200 move-in-fee. No security deposit needed if your credit score qualifies; you must sign master lease until at least March 2019 or as long as August 2019. Leasing office requires application and employment; roommates require background check.

Rent water. Garbage is $6.33 per month. PG&E (electric) fluctuates between $25-120 per month, and your share would be 1/3 of that if you are a single person. Parking and pet are extra. Current roommates have rental insurance, which is required by leasing office.
