Top floor apartment with virtually no noise ever around the apartment, has free garage parking, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, & ice/water dispenser in unit. Very comfy room with big closet with rolling mirrors. The unit is also right by the elevator so moving in and groceries are EASY. I also wouldn't mind helping you move in at all. There's a gym & multiple pools to lounge around the complex as well. I absolutely LOVE this place I do not want to lose it. Looking for someone fun, laid back, & respectful to be roomies with! I am also very clean and I don't mind deep cleaning for the both of us, but only if you're cool...
