I am looking for one roommate for my condo in the Noble square area; located near N Ashland Ave and Augusta Blvd. The condo is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. The bedroom is 11x9, east facing with a large closet. It can fit a queen size bed, dresser and small desk comfortably.

About me:
I am a 32 yr old male, professional that works as an engineer and has a small, non-shedding, house trained, quiet shih tzu. I have a lifestyle that is sometimes active and sometimes stay-at-home. In general I'm pretty quiet. I like to cook when I have the time, go out for dinner/drinks, or random events. I am pretty easy going. I like to keep my living area neat and tidy but nothing too major.

What I am looking in a roommate:
I am looking for someone around the same age who has a stable income situation/career. No preference as to male or female. I would love to be friends with my roommate but getting along and being respectful of each other is just fine.

Rent:
Monthly rent is $1450 for the second bedroom and bathroom and includes an off-street tandem parking spot in the alley and storage space on the ground floor. Utilities run about $100/month (total) for combined gas/electric/internet. The apartment is mostly furnished but not your bedroom and the main living are can be rearranged to accommodate other pieces of furniture.

You will need to complete an application and have a credit check run by the landlord. Security deposit would be one month's rent.
