The full bathroom has a vanity with cabinet space, a medicine cabinet and towel rack, etc. The towel rack can be removed if you have your own and the room will be emptied of furniture. Since the master bedroom is on the 2nd Floor it is very quite! There are two large closets with sliding doors in the bedroom. There are also 3 windows in the bedroom, one is used for a window a/c unit in the spring so you can adjust to your own comfort. WIFI and utilities included. This is a very clean smoke free home (smokers ok but outside). There is a gas grill on the front patio with an over hang so it may be used anytime! There is free parking for your small or large vehicle with additional parking for visitors. Includes washer/dryer, WIFI, and utilities. Elk Grove Center has the Pavilion Fitness Center, Pirates Cove, Movie Theater, Jewel, Walgreens, with Rainbow Falls 5 minutes away (residents can enter earlier than non-residents).
