Double Bedroom Gold Coast

I am looking for a roommate to occupy the second bedroom in my two bedroom unit at the Aurelien apartments on the 15th floor.

There are two rooms available;
- The smaller room with own bathroom right outside @ $1710 per calendar month
- The master bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobe @ $2K per month
The bedroom will be available on November 20th and the lease goes through April 6th, 2019 with intent to renew for an additional year.

The apartment itself is beautiful, lots of open living space and natural light with floor to ceiling windows.

The bedroom will be unfurnished, current furniture belongs to my roommate. I currently occupy the smaller bedroom but would move into master or stay in existing- both are beautiful rooms.
The living room/common areas are partially furnished (no couch and rug belong to my current roommate).

Male or female, no pets, smoke-free.

Rent includes water, gas, and trash. Additional utilities for internet and electricity will be around $70/month per person (*electricity will vary).

Aurelien is a fantastic building in Gold Coast -(probably the best in Chicago in my unbiased opinion ;)- with great amenities, including a rooftop pool, gym, meditation room with steam rooms, 24-hour concierge, package system, party rooms, terrace with tons of grills, etc.(). It is a very social building (especially in the summer) but quiet within the apartments. Our unit is floor plan Irelidecence 2 bed.

I am a 27 year old female from Scotland living in the US for work. I am passionate about health and fitness but enjoy having drinks and socializing on the weekend. Looking for a clean like minded professional to enjoy the beautiful apartment with me.
