Room available in Lincoln Square/Ravenswood 2BR

My roommate is moving downtown at the end of January, so I'm looking for someone to take over his half of the lease. Total rent is $1425, so your half would be $712.50, plus electric and internet.

The apartment is really nice. It's located near Lawrence/Western, a few blocks from the Rockwell Brown line stop. It's got lots of exposed brick, free street parking, really nice neighborhood with tons to do. Dog friendly, with a couple dog parks located nearby.

I'm a pretty laid back guy. I work full time nearby and keep mostly to myself while I'm home.

The current lease ends at the end of August 2019, but I'm flexible with renewing the lease if you want.
