Huge Top Floor Logan Square Studio

I have decided to move back to the North side and am looking to sublet my enormous studio in a prime Logan Square location. 6 minute walk to the California Blue Line and Milwaukee/Fullerton Buses outside your door. The only utilities the tenant pays are cooking gas and electricity. Cats are allowed in this building but no dogs.

The building was renovated a few years ago and has all new stainless steel appliances and modern, white subway tile bathroom/shower. Management is responsive and neighbors are quiet. This unit is on the 3rd (top) floor so you don't have anyone walking around above you.

The sublet would run 2/28-4/30, with the option to renew with the landlord at the end of the sublet. The neighborhood is incredible with over 20 bars/restaurants all within walking distance and a new Target going in around the corner.

I am selling some of my furniture that is currently in the place (sofa, coffee table, desk, and bed), so if a potential subletter is interested that could make moving a bit easier. The pictures were provided by my landlord from the previous listing so my furniture is not what you see there.
