Seeking 1 roommate for beautiful vintage apartment

Hello!

I'm currently seeking 1 roommate for a beautiful, vintage 3 bedroom apartment.

Move in date: February 1st- March 1st

Two ladies in our 30s are looking for an easy-going, kind, quiet, clean, mature, respectful, communicative, trustworthy, and responsible roommate.

The apartment is in North Center, very close to Lincoln Square. Walking distance from the brown line, two lovely parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Davis Theater.

Bedroom is unfurnished & has closet space. There are radiators throughout the apartment, so it stays nice and warm. I recently moved in, so I'm currently in the process of furnishing the place.

We'll be sharing a large, newly remodeled bathroom & kitchen (with dishwasher & built in microwave.) Apartment is nice & sunny with refinished hardwood floors, lots of plants, a sun room, a walk-in pantry, and an adorable backyard for relaxing or barbecuing.

Rent is $600. Security deposit is 1 months rent.

Free laundry in basement.
Water & heat are included, so we'll be splitting internet, gas & electric.

I like to keep a peaceful, clean and positive space. No drugs, pets, crazy parties or smoking in the apartment.

I'm an artist with a love for the healing arts. I have a holistic health related business, and I'm looking for someone creative who also lives a healthy lifestyle.
