Hi! I have a 1 bedroom available in a three bedroom apartment in rogers park. My current roomie (a male) and i (a female) are looking for someone to replace our roomie who will be out by oct 1. the area is nice, friendly and diverse. just 5 minute walk to the Metra and 13 min walk to the Morse Red line. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Only water is included in utilities. rent is $590 and the utilities are between 50-80 per person depending on the season. we're friendly easygoing people who are responsible and clean.
