I’m currently looking for a male roommate to renew my lease with on a townhouse in South Norwalk starting in May.

It's a spacious 2 bed/1.5 baths townhouse. It has 3 floors that include a spacious, finished basement, a small back porch, and a backyard. Comes with parking spaces for both tenants, an in-unit washing machine and dryer, and the kitchen has a dishwasher. Rent would be $1175 per month (utilities not included).

About me: I'm 26 years old. I love sports, gardening, and cooking. When I'm not working, I love to play golf or go fishing. I try to keep shared spaces neat and tidy, and would appreciate a roommate who does the same (but of course sometimes life happens).
