Searching for a third roommate for a three room second floor unit on Charlene Drive in New Britain, just a few minutes from CCSU. Myself (27-m) and my current roommate (28-f) have been living in this unit for two years and have been friends for much longer and are searching for a third once the lease for our third roommate ends on July 1. We're both working full time and are pretty quiet and low key, ideally looking for someone that fits into those vibes. Rent is $450 for each of us with utilities coming out to around $75 a month. The landlord lives on the first floor with his family.
