Good as gold

It’s a nice place and a good deal. Roommate would have equal access to shared spaces and existing furnishing, including laundry in the basement, an extra AC, plenty of kitchen equipment, etc. On the other hand I’m also open to changing things around if you have a nicer couch or tv or whatever. If interested, send me a text. Come see for yourself, and come see if we are a good fit as roommates. Probably not a great fit for the compulsively tidy.
