The first floor has the shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony, and 2 bedrooms. The second floor has the 3rd bedroom which would be all yours. The 3rd bedroom is the largest and most private since it’s the only thing on the 3rd floor.

We are 2 ballet dancers who have been living in this apartment for one year. We love the apartment, neighbors, and area but our 3rd roommate is moving so we are looking for someone to take her 3rd bedroom. We are very chill and respectful of your space, however we’d love to have movie nights if you’re up for it!
