Searching for a roommate

Hello there! My name is Lauren, and I am the owner of a fully furnished condo located in Cromwell. The condo has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The second bathroom is exceptionally spacious, featuring a full bath with a shower and a huge bathtub you can soak in after a long day.

Moving on to the second bedroom, I have provided a futon that can be transformed into a bed or a comfortable couch. If you prefer an alternate sleeping arrangement, I also have a queen-sized air mattress you can use instead of the futon. The choice is all yours!

As for the rent, I am asking for a reasonable price of $ per month. This includes all the utilities, such as electricity, water, gas, and internet. Everything is already set up and ready to go, so you won't have to worry about any additional expenses. There is a laundry facility in the basement of the condo building.
