East Rock, New Haven room in shared apartment

Hi all! My name is Matt, and I’m a PhD student in MB&B. I’m looking for someone to fill a bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment for at least the next year (July 2024 – June 2025). The building is at 319 Humphrey St., near Nica’s Market, in the heart of East Rock. There’s a fairly large closet in the bedroom. The building has a washer/dryer in the basement and a large blacktop in the back for parking. Expected rent would be $850 or so per person per month. The only utility to pay is electric, which we’d split. Smoking and pets are prohibited. You’d be sharing the apartment with me.
