I am looking to rent out the second bedroom in my house (bean bag and table not included in room). The house is 1500 sq ft, split level located on a quiet, dead-end road neighborhood in the heart of downtown Groton. This also includes a shared office space if you want to set up a desk/office area outside of your bedroom. There are two full bathrooms in the house and washer/dryer in house. Commute is about 15 minutes to L&M, 9 minutes to EB, 9 minutes to Pfizer and 6 minutes to the highway. $1100 a month. Electric, heat, wifi and all other amenities included in the monthly rent. I am 28 professional and I do have an almost 2 year old Goldendoodle so please keep that in mind when reaching out. Non-smokers preferred. The room will be i available June 1st.
