Exposed brick, big windows, and wood floors throughout, this charming apartment is fully furnished, and includes a washer/ dryer in the unit and central air (AC/ Heat)). Private bedroom, shared bathroom. Sadly, no pets. Smoke free, drug free.

Location is amazing, a few blocks from the U-Street metro (yellow/green line), ½ a block from 16th Street buses, and 15-minute walk from the Dupont Circle metro (red line). 2 blocks from Malcolm X Park. Many nearby grocery options: Trader Joe’s, Streets, Hana Market, Whole Foods, and Safeway. Gyms nearby: VIDA, NuBoxx, solidcore, multiple Yoga District studios, etc.

About me: 37, F, I work in communications and enjoy baking, crafting, and hiking through Rock Creek Park. GWU alumni, and I’ve been living in DC for a decade.

The room is $1300 a month, with all utilities included (internet, water & electric).
