Female Roommate Wanted

Hi! I own a 3 bedroom house with street parking. Master bedroom on main level, and 2 spare bedrooms downstairs with basement space and a shared full bathroom in the basement. I am looking for someone who is clean, trustworthy, professional female. Home has alarm, and has been completely remodeled. House has a deck, fenced yard, basement has its own private entrance. Very quiet street. About 8 minute walk to Benning Road Metro (blue line and silver line) and same distance to Minnesota Metro (orange line). I work A LOT, so I’m only home nights and weekends. Credit and background check required (tenant responsible for cost). This is a signed lease agreement.
