I'm looking for a roommate to join me in a two bedroom apartment in NOMA sometime in mid-late August! I have fallen in love with the Station House DC Building. I have toured the building, and it is awesome!
Some things about the building and apartment:

- 12 month lease
- Beautiful building full of amenities: In-unit W/D, huge gym, rooftop pool, lounge/game room...
- Great location: 7 minute walk to the Union Station metro, across the street from a Capitol Bikeshare, steps from H Street, under a mile to Union Market.
Some things about me. I'm a DC native who works at a trade association off of Capitol Hill. Some of my interests include going to the gym, getting disappointed by DC sports, watching tv/movies, hanging with friends (Is that even a hobby?), traveling for cheap, and cooking when I'm not feeling lazy. My ideal weekend is one day going out/doing something fun and one day doing absolutely nothing.
